Super popstar, Boa(20) is not a lightweight drinker. She recently went on a Japanese televsion program to announce her love for soju (specifically Jinro’s Chamiseul). She was quoted as saying that she starts drinking with beer and finishes with soju. A true Korean, indeed. Beer is to warm up the stomach for harder shots of soju that will be passed around around the group until someone keels over (just kidding or maybe not). Other borderline legal stars who enjoy the drink of soju, is sweetie and KTF CF star Moon Geun-young (19). The Korean media have pointed out that these stars are barely legal but at the same time, they are forced to grow up fast because of the industry they are in. However, the media also adds that despite earning tonnes of money, such stars want to appear down-to-earth by drinking the drink of the average Korean. I wonder if they go to pojangmachas? Probably not.
