Lipgloss drips with a sex appeal that lipstick will never have. And with valentines rolling around, what better way to add some oh-la-lah than a come-hither pout. Patzzi surveyed Korean men on the glosses they loved on their women. And here are the results:
#1 Dior Addict Ultra Gloss (30,000w)—-#2 Lancome Colorfever volcanic pink (32,000w)
Dior addict rocks. There is so much sparkle and shine, it literally oozes sex! Gorgeous colors but the clear gloss is like no other. In terms of kissability, it’s a bit sticky, but hey, if your sexy pout is what lures in the man, it doesn’t matter! Dior gloss also has spf 10 so it gives you that extra bit of protection from the sun. Lancome was chosen 2nd, but I didn’t think it is all that great. It’s a bit less sticky, but nothing to write home about. Their best color is the volcanic pink.
#3 MAC Plush Glass (27,000w) ——–#4 Guerlain KissKiss #860 (31,000w)
I love all of MAC glosses! The colors are gorgeous! I wish I had the whole collection. I always end up picking up a color or 2 when I go abroad. Guerlain was chosen as #4. Their site says that the gloss it suppose to give a plusher look to the lips that lasts 6 hours. I have yet to try it and have an unopened box sitting in my makeup drawer that I will get around to one of these days.
#5 Chanel Glossimer Praline (32,000w) –#6 Clinque Cherry Bomb (24,000w)
The universally flattering colors is what makes Chanel gloss the bomb. All the colors give a luxurious sheen to the lips that is not sticky or tacky. Gorgeous. I wish I had all their colors as well. As for clinique, I’m afraid I haven’t had the chance to try out their colors, so I can’t comment on it. Notice that there are no Korean brands on this list. It’s rather disappointing since there are some great glosses out there, which I will review later.
