He’s officially taken off the market as he admitted dating actress Hwang Ji-Hyeon since the beginning of last year. They were spotted at a ski resort and other popular dating spots in Seoul together. So, who’s the lucky girl?
Hwang Ji-Hyeon started her career with various CFs, then she finally landed her debut acting role in a sit-com called Non-Stop3 in 2003. She played a minor role in Come Back Sunaessi last year and she’s currently preparing for her role in Witch Amusement, starring Han Ga-In.
It looks like she’s really benefiting from Hyunbin’s popularity- not only is she dating Korea’s favorite hottie, but she is now officially on the celebrity watch list. If people are talking dirt about her, it’s probably because they are all jealous. No girl in her right mind would give up a deal like Hwang Ji-Hyeon’s and if she did, please get her a doctor because she’s not thinking straight.

I first laid eyes on HB’S talent when I watched A Millionaire’s First Love. I was browsing a movie site and came upon the movie. Obviously, like many of you, I “crushed” on his good looks and his acting (rather nice). So I started to surf the net for info on him. I just finished watching the complete episode of My Name is Kim Sam Soon and similar to all of you, I’ve become an HB fan more than ever. In addition, I’m also in admiration of Kim Sun Ah (she’s a wonderful & sexy actress).
That said, I can understand why so many fans would like them to become a REAL couple. Their chemistry on & offscreen is so natural..almost second nature to them. I wish they WOULD become more than movie partners, but it’s not really up to us, is it? It saddens me to read that HB received a lot of bashing and blame when he ended up with someone other than Kim Sun Ah. Personally, I try my best to differentiate between REEL & REAL..makes things less complicated as a fan and also for the artists we admire.
I’m disappointed too, but I’m not going to let that affect my admiration for HB who I consider to be a wonderful actor. I’m still going to support him 100%. Peace everyone
