Super-Junior will downsize to just 6 members

Korea’s largest boy-band group, Super-Junior finally learned that having 13 members in a pop group is just too much so they are now actively slicing and dicing it into smaller sub-groups. The first sub-group, Super-Junior K.R.Y was created last year with three members and they participated in the creation of Hyena OST.

The second group, Super-Junior T was recently formed with six members including Lee Teuk, Hee Chul, Kang In, Shin Dong, Eun Hyuk and Sung Min. The T stands for trot, the oldest form of Korean pop enjoyed by baby boomers but it’s experiencing a come-back as young singers, like Jang Yoon Jeong embrace the old genre and bring it to younger audiences.

Super-Junior T’s title song is “Ro-Kku-Guh” which means the reverse. I guess they really want to show us that they are going against trend by embracing the oldest genre. Do you think that Super Junior T can bring trot back?

recently i read some articles about lsm, oh no, i cannot believe it that he are not that good,kind, whatever positive word in himself..

so now suju is the next in line…

yerh so does thia mean that suju is no longer suju. And they are suju t instead with the six members?
what will happen to the others not including the KRY members??
i love all o fthem and now its like they will be nonoexistance suju will never be the same again, even though i do agree that 13 members are a largge number but still they had a great connection!!!
im confused and annoyed!

Super Junior is still a group. They’re going to release a new album this summer.

They aren’t breaking up. -_- They just created small groups. They want to try different things. That’s all. I heard they were coming out with a new single sometime before the summers out.

no, suJu won’ split, they just cut their group into 2, just like morning musume…. but i don’t know the truth, coz i heard that as a rumor~
