   i’m really not trying to sound like an elitist asshole. but for the sake of this post i’ll state that right now i’m in school paying way too much money ($_$);; studying and interning for 3 surgeons who work at my university’s hospital. many girls come in saying they want ha ga in’s nose and they always inform the patients that ha ga in’s nose is indeed from cosmetic surgery.

   anyone who’s performed or studied rhinoplasty can tell you that ha ga in septum is very upturned (tell tale sign) and the surgical incisions (betting $100 that she got open rhinoplasty)are not symmetrical (didn’t heal properly - this happens when patients move their nose around and wiggle it a lot right after surgery).
