I can’t wait! Sexy American artist, Amerie is planning to perform in Seoul on May 24th and 25th, 2007. The venue is tentatively set for the brand-spanking new Melon AX near Kwangnaru station (Line #5). The concert, ‘2007 Amerie Love Korea Live Concert,’ is being put together by K2M Entertainment as part of the “Love Korea” Concert Series to bring half-Korean artists to Seoul.*

I’m glad half-korean stars are bringing some awareness to the prejudice that I’ve heard exists in Korea against people of color. For a black person like me who desires to teach in Korea in the next year, this is good news.

what am i doing here? oh lolol regarding the business …. that’s a good news to Amerie, i listened to her interviews, she is so proud of her Korean roots, but kinda wish she either waited for 7’s US promotions to start and then they could both come, tell me why i think this way? cuz i donno? but i think right now it’s more American’s heart we need to buy not Koreans? though Koreans might start a riot now that all their artists are planning to work overseas and won’t be staying in much! we had their complains before, but anyhoo we should wait see what will be the outcome of this plan, i guess ^^

I am happy she is proud of her Korean roots and all, but what about her black roots. she looks full black to me, but i now know she is not.
Thanks everybody, still have a year to graduate here in the States, but I’m definitely going to Korea in the fall next year, will rely on you all for more information, Maybe I will snag Daniel Henney when I’m there. A girl can only dream, lol.
Yeah I remember when i first saw her, and then like everyone I saw the tattoo and I FREAKED out i was like YESH!!
