During my two year stay in Korea, I saw less than a dozen of people who were chubby and none grossly overweight, so I can’t help but to wonder why the Korean government is spending money on obesity prevention campaign by hiring singer Sohn Ho Young and model Lee Sora as spokespersons. If anything, they should come up with a program that teaches stick figured girls that populate the peninsula how to eat properly.
They chose Son Ho Young because he exercises regularly and Lee Sora because she was a supermodel and produced diet videos in the past. I guess they forgot that ALL celebs hit the gym daily and that there are many many supermodels out there.
Final thought – if the Korean government was serious about this new obesity prevention campaign, they should’ve ask Eru and Ok Ju Hyun because these two know a thing or two about being overweight and loosing those undesirable muffin tops.

hahah i find that very funny because from what i’ve seen it looks like all koreans are naturally beautiful..yea i know there are those fews who go under the knife to fix God’s gifts to them..but still lololol
i think i read somewhere that koreans are the most obsessed group of people over weight and dieting… seriously, the government should make people there EAT instead of STARVE MORE. -_-
exactly! but then again, if you weigh over 50 kg, ppl think you are fat in korea..so i guess the government is driven by that perception as well..
man what a waste of funding…
Some of us like 45kg/90lb Korean girls.
Don’t eat more Korean gals!
