If you are sucker for chick flicks just like me, then you are in luck. Hottie Gong You and cutie Yun Eun Hye will star in new drama Coffee Prince. But be aware that there is nothing new to this drama for it fails to escape the typical Korean trendy drama formula - you have your rich, spoiled but charismatic guy (Gong You) falling in love with poor but optimistic employee (Yun Eun Hye). Although the ending is very obvious from the get-go, I still can’t wait to see Gong You & Yun Eunhye together as a couple.

i heard it’s actually a little different than the normal drama! it’s based on a novel… so i don’t know how true the story will be, but i hear that eun hye is disguised as a homosexual boy because she’s trying to get away from an arranged marriage… so when her boss and her begin to get close and eun hye starts to fall for him… he of course begins to question whether he’s homosexual!

Haha, there is a Thai drama with the same synopsis called “Sompong Nong Somchai “, gosh, everything just gets recycle. In the thai drama; Two girls disguised themselves as guys to get away from the mob and accidently enter some sort of boy band boot camp. The head producer starts liking one of the girls and he begins to question his sexuality. Pretty lame. If you understand thai, you can watch it on youtube.
For this drama, I think I’m gonna pass..it seems too recycled.

i already watched the whole series…it’s great! i love Gong yu and Eun Hye..they look sooo good together. Thei acting is superb and credible….twas also a very good, well-written story. Hope ABS CBN will show it here in the phils.
Gong Yu and eun hye are both very very good looking and sexy, and they have charming and attracive personalities, too. From now on,they’re my favorites (jerry yan has to be “dethroned” from my number 1 list, hehe)i love GONG YU the best! i also love eun hye! I wish they would be able to do more tv dramas together.
