Even stars need a bit of help. Last year, while shooting the Anycall CF with sexy singer Lee Hyori, Lee Joongi asked, er, begged her to set him up with someone. That someone was Boa. Hyori told this story to enraptured fans at the Q&A session for Joong’s birthday celebration. She said that on the day of the sogaeting at the end of last year, Joongi showed up, as any man would, in perfect hair and makeup. Although there were no specifics on how the date went, well, it seems that Joongi and Boa have decided to remain as friends.*

yeah i know, but what i meant was, i thought BoA was still dating her manager or something, so i was confused as to whether it was ok to set up your friends on blind dates even if they’re in relationships…

lol in a news article i found in soompi joongie actually wanted to be with hyori but he realized he couldn’t after he called her NOONA. and he was dressed up perfect for the date because he was doing some press conference before or somethhing >
