If you couldn’t recognized Yun Eun Hye in her new short blond hair, you are not alone. I had to stare at it for a while to recognize her. I’m not sure why she made such a dramatic change – perhaps a break-up or maybe she got bored with her hair. Who knows? but whatever her reason is, I’m not feeling her new look – she looks kinda scary and tom-boyish – very inconsistent with her cutesy image. Yun Eun Hye is currently having fun here in the Big Apple but I haven’t spotted her yet but I’ll let you know when I do.
But then again the chances of my seeing Yun Eun Hye are slim because during my two year stay in Seoul, I saw only a handful of celebs. To my dismay, most of my celebrity spotting happened at the gym when I’m dying on the treadmill to get my cardio done. I saw Sohn Ho Young, Lee Bum Su and Noh Hyung Chul and even chatted with them and to my surprise, they were really down to earth. They weren’t as stuck up as I imagined them to be. I really don’t remember what we talked about because it was mostly small talk, but these are some things I remember from the gym.
Sohn Ho Young was loud when he worked out – not because he talked so much but because he screamed every time he lifted his weights – obviously they were too heavy for him. It got really annoying so I used to give him the mean looks in my desperate attempt to quite him down – but that didn’t work. No Hong Chul was very loud too because he yaps all the time. He is known to be very talkative so no surprise here. Lee Bum Su just does his own thing, but when you put Son Ho Young and Lee Bum Su together, they get involved in serious conversations. I saw them talking about life, success, women, etc while building lifting weights to make their beautiful M-Lines.
Too bad that I didn’t befriend them at the gym, but my trainer certainly did. And now, I’m back in the states, so my chances of seeing Korean celebs are lower, but it’s okay since my chances of seeing Hollywood stars are higher now.
I think Eun Hye cut her hair for her new role in that drama with Gong Yoo – Coffee Prince! She plays a girl pretending to be a guy ~ I can’t wait for it! =] LOL and that Son Ho Young thing is too funny…I hope I see some ppl when I’m over in Seoul too…but I’m not too much of a gym person -__-;;
Yeah I agree with Eve. She is going to play a “boy” role in her new drama “coffee prince”. I think thats why she cutted her hair. LOLX!

Once again it’s a WIG, just clarifying again. yeh is actually currently sporting short black hair cut to her shoulder. the wig was just for a photo shoot.

I’ve seen Korean celebs in Seoul, mostly in Apku on weekend nights.
I’ve seen just as many Korean celebs in the states — usually ajumma/ajusshi celebs. Especially in NorCal/LA/ Virginia/NYC’s Koreatown/Queens, you know, where all the Koreans hang. LOLZ.
