Park Shiyeon in Y&Kei
Finding the perfect dress can be a difficult task especially with the limited selection in Korea, but these stars have snagged up some gorgeous ones! However, some of the super short dresses worn seemed slightly out of place - like they belonged to a casual launch party or movie opening - and not to a formal awards ceremony. Perhaps the stars got mixed up with the concept of what is formal and what is not. And maybe that is why we could see such extremes in length - either super short or super long at this award ceremony. The only person who pulled off the short look with grace was Choi Jin-sil and her white tailored number with gold heels. The best inbetween-er was Kim Taehee’s stunning emerald green knee length dress. At the opposite end, Park Shiyeon rocked in her glamorous floor-length Y&Kei dress. I think she looked better in it than the runway model!
Man, these Chinese fans are wild! Some fanatic grabbed Jun Ji Hyun’s baseball cap right off her head at Shanghai Airport, surprising the soon-to-be Hollywood star. This is the second time I saw Chinese fans go wild at the airport and I can’t help but to wonder if this is normal in China. Do fans in China go crazy when they see other Chinese celebs or are they over-reacting when they see Korean stars? I’m very curious. Also, if any of you see Jun Ji Hyun’s baseball cap on sale on e-bay or any other on-line auction site, please let me know. If it sells for anything above $1000, I’ll be the one grabbing the hat off her head next time.

SM has been very quite about Lee Teuk’s injury because Kyu Hyun was in serious condition, but Lee Teuk’s injury was anything but minor. He received 170 stitches - 150 on his back and 20 on his face. A plastic surgeon stitched up on his face, so they are expecting minimum scarring, but they are still planning for scar removal surgery after it heals. Good thinking SM because the face is everything for an idol star.
Get well soon Lee Teuk. Super Junior would not be the same without it’s leader!
