Although, we at popseoul.com make fun of Andre Kim for his alien qualities, we cannot deny that he is an influential figure in fashion and entertainment. He is one of the few people who has the power to bring together the top stars of Korea. Last night at the Hyatt Hotel, big name stars, including, Lee Young-ae, Kwon Sangwoo, Lee Miyeon, Kim Rae-won, and Lee Joongi came out to don on the out-of-this world fashions to support the 3rd Annual Andre Kim Best Star Awards. And the Best Star award go to actors Hur E-jae and Shin dong-wook.
And on a style note, I usually find Andre’s design’s ghastly, but I was pleasantly surprised at some of the dresses- ok, only 1 dress. The white dress with big pink flowers worn by Song Yuri is something that I might actually wear! And dare I say that Kim Taehee’s orange gown aint too bad either!*

Shin Dong-wook, the guy from the TV series Soulmate and drama Stairway to clouds-something, he’s looking mighty odd. Plastic surgery or maybe its Andre Kim’s styling that is making him look mighty ugly? I think he’s really handsome, but every time I see this guy, he always look different, nearly unrecognizable. or is it just me? a little disappointed
I still don’t know why he’s such an influential person in the entertainment industry. The man over indulges on those flowery designs.

WOw Heo Yi Jae doesn’t look good at all in these pics…maybe it’s the Princess Lea hair thing? But yea the dresses are so… O.o ~ has anyone actually wore them at a place besides his fashion shows? I have to say that I like Sung Yuri’s dress the best as well…the flower thing at the top should go tho lol. But really the dresses look like they’re made out of curtains >_

Is it just me, or do his floral designs really look like something you would find on an embroidered comforter? I think his collection is horrible.

Gaek – Kim Hee Seon’s most recent drama was ‘Smile Again’ in 2006…I watched it, but didn’t like it though…i still love her the most in ‘Sad Love Story’ with Kwon Sang Woo! =D
Although I really like KHS and she still looks beautiful…but I gotta say, that short pink dress she wore is hideous! it’s probably one of the ugliest dresses that night!
I like sung yuri dress best of all, and she is very elegant and beautiful everytime I see her. She is a rare beauty.
