Squared faced, coarse voiced and social butterfly comedian, Park Kyong Rim (29) is getting married to Park Jung Hoon (2 
- an engineer at Samsung SDI this July. Interestingly, these two met on a Korean dating show. Park Kyong Rim was the MC and her fiancee, Park Jung Hoon was one of the contestants on the show looking for a suitable mate. Although the show wasn’t designed for the MC and the contestant to hook up, they ended up exchanging numbers after the show and started to date soon after. And just yesterday, Park Kyong Rim announced that she’s getting married on July 15th on her own radio show. Congrats to the new couple!
Oh~ so they have met on MBC King Saturday..

shinjinny - it used to be illegal for people with the same last name to marry in Korea but they changed the law and it’s okay for parks, lees, kims, etc to marry each other
i’m sure that they looked into the clans, and even if they are from the same clan, it’s okay as long as they are really distant from each other
