There’s no doubt that this Berkeley graduate onion can sing, but her personality is well… questionable. Because Yangpa and Jin Ju have similar histories (dominating the charts in the late 90s and leaving the pop world not by choice, but by litigations and coming back around the same time), the media naturally paired them together as rivals and/or friends. But in real life, they were anything but friends, putting these two ballad sensations in an awkward position.
To smoothen out the situation, Jin Ju publicly invited Yangpa to her showcase to befriend Yangpa, but Yangpa flat out refused. Why? This steaming onion stated that #1, she did not get a formal invitation from Jin Ju, #2 they aren’t friends and #3 she’s already too busy with her own promotion activities and because of all these reasons, there is no reason for her to attend. Talk about attitude and bad PR! If she didn’t want to attend Jin Ju’s concert, she could’ve refused nicely, but to embarass her fellow musician like this is just low. I hope that Jin Ju tops her on the charts soon. Good luck Jin Ju!

even if youre not friends with someone its not that bad to accept the invitation just for courtesy and she’s just a hoobae to jinju~ wow this girl looks arrogant to me now, honestly i havent heard any of yangpa`s songs but I like jinju`s voice, so yes yangpa maybe pretty and all but its nothing to me now coz her attituide seems like~ blah. goodluck to jinju I hope she slams her in the music charts… 무아하하하
