R&B singer, Amerie and Korea’s finest, Se7en have come together to record a new remix of Amerie’s hit single, “Take Control.” Both singers seem super sweet on camera – Amerie is cute at her attempts at Korean, “에므리 입니다”, and Se7en with his surprisingly good English. And the remix sounds fresh. Se7en sounds sexxxy.
The new single was released on May 14 for the Asian market. So far no signs of a music video.
Amerie is here in Korea to perform on 2 dates: May 24 & 25th, but the concert was suddenly canceled by Korean organizers, K2M Entertainment just a week before.

Unfortunately Se7en’s part in “Take control” is very short and it doesn’t show his vocals so well. Did you know that Chris Martin have had originally sung Wookie’s part when he wasn’t busy with his family? Amerie just chose Se7en because she didn’t get Chris Martin of Coldplay!!! (He wouldn’t fit in this song anyway…) Sorry for all Amerie fans but I really don’t like her. In the end she’s so lucky because Wookie touches her hand in the end of this video but she didn’t know I think. Poor girl… -_-zzz And good news for Se7en fans: He will release his new Japanese single album (the 6th) on July 4th. It’s called “Bare truth” and it includes of course “Bare truth” and “Believe” as well as the instrumental versions of both songs. Here is the warning: The CD version just has 5000 copies and the CD+DVD version just 12000 copies so hurry up when you wanna get one of them!!!
