Apparently poles are becoming a necessity when sexy divas dance on stage. I was totally surprised and disgusted when Suh In Young became a borderline stripper with her pole-dancing moves, but now Ivy is following Suh’s lead. During her charity concert “Ivy & Present 1″ Ivy danced with the pole wearing skimpy outfits. What ever happened to her theory of “I can be sexy fully clothed?” That idea probably lasted less than two months. Perhaps she couldn’t resist the temptation to show off her hot bod, but com’on. Pole dancing? Oh, and in hopes of topping Suh in her stripper moves, Ivy added a chair to her dance routine. God help them both!

I’m sorry to say this but I’m a bit disappointed in PopSeoul for making it seem like all she did that night was pole/chair dancing. I just saw some other pictures of the charity event and she sang other ballads and many other stars came, just kind of sad I guess. I understand that news reporting is about what would cause a bigger reaction but I feel like there will be so many unfair negative thoughts about Ivy. Her charity show really helped many people, all proceeds went to it and she also cried at the end. The pole dancing was for the Ugly Coyote themed stage, she sang “Can’t Fight The Moonlight” & the chair dance was an old dance from her old song, ‘Ah-Ha’.
