New artist aka, the female Bi Son Dambi (24) brings back bleached (and baggy) jeans from the 80’s – I hope she is not trying to resurrect this ugly look. For one thing – the jeans are too big, and the other thing is that the bleach marks are just like gag me with a spoon. But I guess, trying to make it big in Korea’s small market, upcoming stars have to resort to ugly fashion to try to differentiate themselves from the pack. The jeans and Miss Sohn will be featured in the August issue of the mobile magazine, M-talk – which no one will see. Perhaps that’s a good thing and it won’t affect her career too much.

I think she looks sweet, cute and refreshing in the get-up. So decent compared to those skimpy and tacky ‘g-strings and thongs’some of the other female singers wear to draw attention!

the looks not that bad..i mean the white shirt one…anywayz i dont think sondambi is that great at singing…she doesnt have a really good vocal range …i think shes kinda like chae yeon she has the apeal but not the talent for it..no offense to fans of either

How amusing they’re marketing her as a hiphop dancer. Not a bad idea though, there’s way too much ’sexy’ out there right now. She’ll stand out a bit. And her voice isn’t half bad. I was expecting much worse.Hopefully she won’t b/come an image sellout if she makes a hit.
i don’t get it, are bleached jeans still associated with lowest-end retail duds only unfashionable po’ folks would wear? (or if you’re still stuck in early 90s phase, of white boyband members adopting wannabe-ghetto look?)

They say imitation is the best form of flattery, but I don’t think so. People work hard to create and perfect their own, so get your sh*t together and be original. She’s doing the hand chest popping thing which Rain made famous. I don’t dig that. Plus all that hopping around and arm movements just make her look like a cheerleader. I don’t see anything special about her just yet, but she can get better…maybe.
