To celebrate Gong Yoo’s 28th birthday, dedicated fans prepared 70 portions of Korean style chicken broth (삼계탕) and bought 70 bottles of vitamins from Han Gyul pharmacy because he plays a character named Han Gyul in the hit series Coffee Prince. Fans preparing meals for their favorite star on their b-day is nothing new, but seeking out pharmacies named after the character was pretty original. Luckily, all their hard work paid off because Gong Yoo and Coffee Prince staff were very touched by this gift. Well, who wouldn’t be? Anyways, well-done fans and happy belated b-day Gong You!
