Part II: Age does not make a difference if you are Asian

0717-age.jpg

I am thankful that I am Asian. Why? Well, because we look better than our real age. And as evident in the comparison of the Korean stars versus American celebs of the same age, we rock! I can’t believe that Hilary Duff is only 20 – the woman looks like she should be in her early 30’s – she just seems too mature for her age- maybe it is her very sharp features. Moon Geun-young looks like a baby compared to her. The same goes with Jessica Biel. Again, she looks like she would be in her 30’s compared to the Korean standard. My sister is the same age as Jessica and well, Jessica could easily look like her mother. The stars born in 1980 all look great – Christina Aguilera and Jessica Simpson look fabulous for their age, as with Kim Tae-hee and Han Chae-young. And the same goes for the stars born in 1981 – Jun Ji-hyun, Jessica Alba, Park Jung-ah and Beyonce. They look fabulous!

1981: Jun Ji-hyun, Jessica Alba, Park Jung-ah, Beyonce
1982: Song Hye-kyo, Kirsten Dunst, Ivy, Jessica Biel
1987: Moon Geun-young, Hillary Duff, Han Hyo-ju, Maria Sharapova

    http://picasaweb.google.com/dkim1976/Me#

Korean male lived first six years in Korea, raised on an island for 16 years, and lived in DC 10 years. I am 32 years old, been eating fast food since I could drive. Been spent the good 16 years on an island surfing and swimming. So, do I look 32? Even asian think i’m in my mid-twenties. I do have more freckles than I want to have, but it’s hardly noticeable unless I look in the mirror up close.

I am writing this because you girls are talking about girls who moisture and put on cosmestics. I have abused my skin like no other, staying out in the beach surfing for 10 hours. In the photo I don’t look as dark because I live where it has four seasons and don’t go out to the beach any more since I was 22.

I am also ashamed about my people acting stupid “i’m so glad i’m Asian”. Actually there is a lot hating from all sides of ethniticies so I tend to have a diverse portfolio of friends from many backgrounds.

I personally believe it’s first genetics, nutrition, and then skin care. Btw, i’ve been smoking and drinking since I could drive.

One thing true is that I know a lot of non-asian americans who don’t know about skin care. Some whites american really don’t know how to put on make-ups or choose good quality ones.

Oh….forgot one a lot of people in the states go to tanning salons looking like raisins… It’s funny to see these people with tans during winter, faking tanning looks so fake anyways.
