Actor Kwon Sang-woo spends some quality time with kids from Make a Wish Foundation. Together, they went to Snoopy’s Life Design Exhibition at the Yangjae Arts Center. I never knew he had it in him. This is different from the yang-ah-chi that he is supposedly known for in the Kangnam circles. But you don’t have to take it from me.

Yangachi is intentionally declining to assimilate to major trend, and strictly following their own ways. They will make a sleazy crime like blackmarketting, drug packaging, extracting from small business owner, protecting whores from ‘naughty clients’, even meddling with local gangster(‘Jopok’ in Korea) business. Can you seriously imagine him doing tht?
Kangnam is a business/wealthy area in Seoul and Kwon Sang Woo is rumored to have connections with “Gangsters” operating there.
His previous manager was a former gangster and was sentenced to jail for blackmailing him…then another gang leader is also in jail for bribery and forcing KSW to attend a meeting…I don’t know how someone can surround himself with these kind of people unless he’s one of them (or used to be one of them)…hahhaha…anyway…i think he’s damn sexy! and as long as the kids are happy…

I could not agree with you more and he I thought he liked Korean and Japanese girls saying they were the most beautiful. I believe that his rise to the top didnt just happen by itself. I think he and his crew did some major stuff to get him where he is. I agree though he can come across as distant like hurry up and get to the point but when he is with his BOYS he is wild and crazy

i admit, I am a KSW fan. but whenever a celebrity goes out and helps others, people always say they’re just doing it for publicity…
not trying to start an argument but dont celebs get followed around by cameras and mics all the time? so anything interesting they do will most likely be caught on camera. I’ve heard that Moon Geun Young and Kim Tae Hee have donated tons of $$$$ to charities and stuff. Do they have a right to be accused of “flaunting their services” too? am i right or just ignorant?

Well a majority of celebrities do using helping the less fortunate as a publicity stunt. Is it neccessary for the cameras to be present for you to help people. I can tell by KSW’s expression its not genuine He doest even half-way smile. I betcha he is doing it to garner more fan support. I mean cmon what better way than to solidify your spot at the top then by helping children. Tugs at every person’s heart. Anyway he looks nice though I must admit that. The man is a looker no doubt about that but what i want to know is how deep is his connections to the Gangsters and when one gets released will it be revenge time. It’s hard for the celebrities to avoid the paparazzi who are tailing them on their activities. I’m pretty sure Kwon Sang Woo did this community service because he cares about these children. I admire him & Choi Ji Woo doing a lot of things for the kids. I miss their collaboration in another drama. I love them in Stairway to Heaven. He looked his best in Stairway to Heaven. They had the best chemistry. To me, they were the best Korean drama couple. My only wish from the South Korean movie/TV industry is another drama or movie starring Kwon Sang Woo & Choi Ji Woo. Their fans miss their collaboration.

ksw doesn’t have to fake anything. Those who are faking are opening this site and saying bad things about him (if you are not interested why bother reading about him). We all love KSW here in Myanmar. We could not have enough films/dramas of him. Besides, the point is rich and popular as he is, and busy as he is, he could find time for these children, who would have been delighted to see a popular film star, and they don’t care about anything else. If the children were happy, the good deed is done.

let me share an article regarding kwon sang woo in a pinoy showbiz magazine. he had a charitable activity at BASECO COMPOUND—which composes of uber-poor people—which was never publicized nor even had a press release that not a single photographer or cameraman were allowed to cover his said activity. you know what, inspite of that, his interpreter and the writer of that article admired him, especially with regards to his point-of-view on those children living in BASECO COMPOUND. He even volunteered to do the housepainting.
he may not be as filthy rich as BAE YOUNG JOON but he has a giving hand. inspite of his hunk features, his personality is not ’stereotypically hunk’.
