A month after the cancellation of all US concerts, Star M finally decided apologized to Rain fans. They wrote
We would like to express our deepest regret to the RAIN fans all over the world as to what has been happening lately. We know that whatever we say, it would do nothing to alleviate the fans’ frustration and anger.
Good. They know how much they angered and disappointed the fans. And then out of nowhere, they bragged about Rain’s potential, saying things like he’s the only person in Asia equipped to be a world star and ended the “apology” with Star M’s mission.
Basically, this “apology” was just another way to highlight what Star M has tried to do and is still striving to do – without really acknowledging what they did wrong and how they plan to correct it. These people can’t even apologize properly! But at least they are trying, while the foolish “artist” hasn’t said a word. It’s time to man up kid!

these comment made by fans and antis keep me laughing all day long
both sides sound like morons
SO
you…..read…..this all day long?, or……you….think about it all day long? ummmmmm……hmmmmmm sounds to meeee like your the moron. I just come back to it every now and then and comment for fun.
always I come here to read…
I don´t understand why to many people
hate´s Rain!
He´s human… not perfect
all do some things wrong…
and he´s talented
no one can denied it
Why he can´t become in a world star?
Come on! he´s not a bad guy!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!… I HAVEN’T RECIVED IT!!! COM’ON!!!!…..
It was the perfect storm: contract ended with JYP, lawsuit from “Rain: The Beatles Experience,” and the US concert not properly promoted (ticket sales sucked–he did NOT sell out MSG on this tour) and the venues not throughly researched by the incompetent StarM (cuz afterall they “sold” the concert to a second set of yahoos so why should they expend any more energy–well except to say “it’s canceled”).
It seems like the US concerts just weren’t meant to be. I was there when Rain apologized in LA, and it meant the world to me. But I agree that that wasn’t enough. He should have got hold of the most sympathetic reporter he could find and given a short interview/statement IN English (AND Korean–there were a lot of Asian fans in LA) and apologized to everyone!
As it is, there are a lot of p.o.’d ex-fans, some still waiting for their ticket refunds…
JYP freaks me out, but Rain better come up to speed PDQ or he’s going to lose a lot of ground (maybe his dad is not the best guy for the job…).
O.k., I’m officially sick to death of all this. Time for a long break from all things “Rain.”
yeah when i said sell out MSG i meant the first time twice as in 2 nites!!!! sorry
My mistake–I didn’t realize he played 2 nights on the first visit. Thanks for the info.
hehe no problem, are u a boy or girl?
of the long list of comments written here, I really agree with be serious and to think he is not even a fan of rain and he is looking at things objectively. It WAS NOT rain’s fault, he was the victim, and HE IS NOT hiding, he is working as part of the cast of the film, Speed RAcer. Before you write anything hurting please exhaust all possible sources of information about what happened. I am defending him as one of his fans who adore him to the bones. For those who said that Rain’s part in the movie is not a big one, that is true and Rain know’s that he has his reasons for accepting the role, let us just respect that.
I totally agree with Yang.
Get over it people!!!!
no one wants that happen, and he tried to his best.
he was so sad when his concert was canceled, i think.
doinks.
star-M sucks.
if rain’s gonna continue his journey under jyp, …..
