Yawn. The stars at the Christian Dior fashion show wore boring neutrals, in contrast to the bright and pretty colors of the runway. Generally, the stars seem to favor black, creams or whites. I wonder why? It it because they can wear the clothes repeatedly and no one can tell they are wearing the same outfit twice (think Madonna when she works out and clings to the same ugly black workout wear). Or do they want to look slimmer - which is the effect that black usually has. Hmmm.
Lee Seo-jin. Black with a hint of silver- clean but blah.
Lee Hae-young. Looking elegant and fabulous in her gray dress and strappy heels.
Kang Sung-yeon is a throwback to the elegance of the 40’s with the pin-curls and plain black dress. Elegant and fresh.
Ivy. The dress is conservative in the front but has an interesting back. She wears it with confidence.
Han Chae-young. I had to look hard at pic #1 to decipher whether the white strip between her legs was space or part of a dress. The woman has no thighs.
Kong Hyo-jin Always a fashion slave, Ms Gong also follows the runway look of the cat-eyes. The eyes are fresh but the dress is another story.
Choi Kang-hee. Another neutral dress that looks ill-fitting.

Han Chae Young’s legs are real skinny. She has no thighs but she definitely has the BOOBS.
I think Kong Hyo-jin look sweet & pretty.
People wear neutrals because they are afraid of making a fashion mistake. That’s the real reason. They know they are safe if they stick to boring colors and a plain style. Celebs especially don’t want to get written about in magazines and on blogs if they make a fashion mistake and people write mean things about them.
I agree with first poster–Han looks HORRIBLE. She is too, too, too skinny. Why do women think this is sexy??? The Japanese women are like this, too. Their limbs are like sticks and they have no tone in their shape. It’s just pure thin-ness. But their faces are beautiful! If a caucasian woman were as thin as these Asian women are our faces would look so gaunt and drawn. But Asian women have beautiful faces even when their bodies are too thin.
Ivy’s dress is gorgeous, and so is she. i like hyojin’s outift, its well coordinated.
Hmm… Boring? I think they look sexy and sophisticated in the black, cream and white colors.

I kind of have to disagree about the neutrals. It’s the easiest way to look clean, elegant, sophisticated, and hopefully to not make a bad fashion statement. I would probably wear neutrals to events too.
I like Kong Hyo-Jin’s outfit. The dress looks good on her and the rest of her go well with it. I can’t say the same about Chae-Young though. :\
I think you’re too harsh with your comments sometimes. I feel that neutral is classy and always will be, so these girls are sticking to “boring” colours to feel classy and not trendy. A lot of big name celebs wear neutrals and darks to important events because it NEVER fails (and Im not talking about just Korean celebs).

I reckon that’s what you’re suppose to wear. I mean, after all the focus is on the dresses and I wouldn’t be happy if I was the designer and saw that my guests all wore outfits of bright colours that undermines my creations. Isn’t your star power already enough to steal the limelight away from the “actual” show

I liked Han Chae Young’s outfit and necklace concept. There’s something about her nose and mouth that just bothers the hell out of me, though.
i love that orange origami-style dress on the runway. i saw it in teen vogue - wish korean celebs would wear THOSE unique and pretty kind of dresses…no more puffy black dresses with black stockings underneath!
