posing, squatting, dressing, doing the splits, hiding, fanning, dancing, and exfoliating, stretching, hopping and putting on shoes. All the skills you need to be the best supermodel in Korea. And I thought that all you needed was just a pretty face.

i don’t think u need to be pretty to be a supermodel…there are runway models that aren’t attractive looking at all and they are still high fashion models…they just need a nice body cuz they are modeling the clothes, not their face.

on the serious note, i don’t think being a model is that easy. They have extreme pressure to look good all the time and most have eating disorders. They are flat bc they are thin. If models are thin and have breasts, that’s bc they had surgery to improve it.
I think the no. 1 priority to be a model is height. Look at Claudia Schiffer – I wouldn’t say she’s pretty, yet she was a top model.

you know, my babe honey lee put it best – the prettiest face shouldn’t win. she felt in her case, the girl with the best possible talent to showcase korean culture and beauty should be picked to win miss korea. she said it was pathetic that some of the contestants were lip syncing to songs in their “talent” portion. i think this applies to supermodels too. show some personality, show some panache. show something. of course, if you are as hot as someone like marissa miller, then you just have to look good… haha.
