my my don’t we have a lot of haters today. let’s all put down the haterade folks. its hard work to get a rockin’ body. working out is only a small part of the equation. what all those fad ab workouts and whatnot say in the fine print is that its all based on proper nutrition. its all about dropping the body fat percentage and upping lean muscle mass. so far, imho, honey lee has the best balance of curves and lean muscle. did anyone see honey’s booty in the hilfiger ads??? yowza!
