Though Yoon Eun Hye is better at acting then Sung Yuri, neither them are good at it. Appearance wise, Sung Yuri is prettier then Eun Hye- by far. Though I highly doubt that the drama itself will top Coffee Prince. There are dramas for more interesting and better than Coffee Prince though. Unachievable, my ass. I could not see any improvement in Snow Queen. Acting like a spoiled brat, ice queen isn’t a hard role to portray. She’s acted longer than YEH but her acting hasn’t improved at all.

what’s so overrated about coffee prince? the drama definitely attracted me to watch it compared to the many predictable dramas that have been coming out these days. this shows that no matter how popular the actors/actresses are, a predictable and super boring storyline where the guy chases after the girl and the girl’s stubborn or the other way around and finally they fall in love and they have to convince their parents bla bla bla, will not make the show any better. it attracts you to watch definitely, but do you still want to watch it by the end of the drama?
you (whoever) definitely cannot complain and say coffee prince is overrated just because the plot’s totally out of this world and unrealistic. if its made you watch it and its catching everyone’s (3/4 of the community probably), the directors have done their job.

Someone mention earlier that they were clueless as to why YEH got so many male admirers on X-Man so let me break it down for you. YEH has a certain sex appeal when she dances. I’m a girl and I see that. She seems approachable and fun loving. You can be totally hot and not get dates because you’re too suck up on yourself and picky. You don’t have to be absolutely pretty to get guys. YEH is beautiful, but I don’t think you can categorized her in the refined beauty we are so use to.
I rarely watch SUNG YURI’s dramas because they look and sound predictable. When I watched Snow Queen, I was bored out of my mind. Yuri is really unnoticeable to me.
YEH on the other hand has always been the most recognizable korean actors to me. She was in GOONG, one of my favorite dramas, and now CP, top of my favorite dramas.
I plan to watch Hong Gil Dong so I hope Sung Yuri does a good job because I’m gonna be piss if she bores the living hell out of the show. I know her track record is absolutely poor, but I’m hoping for the best.

Coffee Prince and YEH role in this drama( Go Eun-chan) are not completely comic, if you know sub-genre of this drama is Romance - Comedy, and YEH role as well as Gong Yoo has serious and hilarious aspects. and Who want rainy skys,

You completely biased, Coffee Prince obsessed freaks need to face the facts. Coffee Prince IS overrated. Yoon Eun Hye’s acting annoyed the hell out of me half the time, and the plot was not “out of this world” or “unrealistic”. Who didn’t expect Eun Chan to get with Hankyung by the drama, and who didn’t expect there to be a big blowup when he found out that she was a girl? Those of you who couldn’t are either stuipid or just haven’t watched enough dramas. I’m not just talking about just Coffee Prince but dramas these days are just so expectable and not full of surprises at all.
Coffee Prince is a drama that gained the attention of many young teenagers who were entertained by this drama- nothing more. This whole drama is mediocre, and I fail to understand why so many people think its the best drama or whatever. I have watched my share of dramas (And believe me, thats a lot), and from all of them, Coffee Prince does not even fall into the Top 5. The only thing that has potentially set this drama from the others, is that it is a genderbender. Its not Yoon Eun Hye that I dont like, (because I loved her in Goong) but rather the reaction. It frustrates me that there are so many other good dramas out there that are far better than Coffee Prince and do not get the attention that they deserve.
Why did I bother to watch Coffee Prince? Probably because like many others, there was so much hype about it and I wanted to join in the fun- but there was none. Now don’t take me wrong I’m not saying this drama was the worst drama in the world or some other nonsense- I’m saying it got so much more attention than how good it actually was. I’ve got to hand it to the cast though- it was excellent. Yoon Eun Hye portrayed being a boy well, starting with her looks (which disturbed me for some time). My favorite character was probably Hansung though. If you want good drama recommendations though, I have a ton. =) Oh and by the way Popseoul, why not write an article about Time of Dog and Wolf. It finished yesterday, and it was superb. Probably my all time favorite.

For your information Sung Yu Ri was NOT disguised as a guy in the drama Hong Gil Dong. She was just a tomboy in the movie. Although I agree that she did give the impression of being a boy. I don’t know who said that she was going to be disguised as a boy but if you see the drama Hong Gil Dong (by the way that was the best drama I have seen!) you’ll realize that she doesn’t even look close to a boy. Although she doesn’t wear a hanbok and instead wear pants with a top.
I think that Yu Ri is waaaaay better than Yoon Eun Hye. In my opinion Yoon Eun Hye looks like a total show off and I also think that Sung Yu Ri is better at acting than singing so stop posting remarks that she is bad at acting!
