Cast member of the hit U.S. show Lost Kim Yun-jin was spotted at the Calvin Klein Spring 2008 collection in NYC. Ms. Kim is currently filming the 4th season of “Lost” in the idyllic environs of Hawaii and will fly back to the motherland in October to promote her new film, Seven Days, which will open in November, 2007.

A little off topic, but- I feel sorry for celebrities these days..Some people who were born with double eyelids or nice noses or whatever probably get accused of getting surgery. Not protesting against Kim Yunjin getting surgery though =)

Um, I’m Korean. I was born and raised in the US, and yet, I have no Korean accent. To say that “most Korean people have accents” is, well, I don’t want to be mean (or inflammatory), so it’s just too simple and general a statement to make. First of all, all people have accents. (I just thought we should get that out of the way)
And anyway, so some Koreans have Korean accents. Oh my gosh, how unnatural!

This had no real point, I just really wanted to get that out. It annoys me when people are amazed that I have no Korean accent when I speak English. It just comes off as a little ignorant…
oh no, her eyes have “opened up” so much, she looks like a fish that sleeps without shut-eye. i noticed in the set photos from “7 Days”, her nose also looks unnaturally perky. not as bad as some archived on this blog, but obviously “done”.

@monalisa, I think you got the wrong actress. 3 iron is one of the amazingly bizarre movie that I have watched several times and the lead actress in there is Lee Seung Yeon. I was shocked I miss a small role Kim was in, but nope. Lee Seung-Yeon was soo much more pretty and naturally endearing looking.

I still don’t see what the hype is all about. I think she’s overrated. I think there are a bunch of Korean actresses that could have done better than her in Lost, and she was barely believable in Shiri. She does speak English, and that probably helped get her the spot on Lost, but seriously… she’s not THAT good.
As far as her looks, in these pictures. Eh. Nothing special.

all korean celebrities in korea had plastic surgeries . Most koreans also get facial implants and bone shavings to change their bone structure to be less harsh looking . Her eyelids and nose is obviously done. In one “lost” seen, they showed her close up with her eyes shut with hardly any makeup and I can see she had eyelid surgeries. Her nose is awful!!!!!!!!! That plastic surgeon of her should be shot!!!!!!
