Theyre definitely fake boobs. It wasnt that long ago when she was much smaller even for her size cuz shes a big girl. Shes around 27yrs old now so theres no way she could be that much of a late bloomer in her early 20s.

Map that out and you’ll find it’s about the same as the 2nd picture, except the 2nd picture has a tit hugging shirt. Illusions, they’re a bitch.

The above pictures are from like 2002. Other photos from the same shoot shows that her boobs are huge and big. Also, Han Chae Young was in a movie in 1999 and yet her boobs are busty there — I can post up screen caps to prove this.
Otoh, I’ve seen pictures of her at later dates where one could see her cleavage and her breasts looking healthy at a medium size.
What do I conclude considering that her boob size seems to be fluctuating all the time? Nothing. She’s either very hormonal or her frame is really delicate (so that clothes she whears can change her appearance substantially), or something else which includes the possibility that she had a boob job.
