Mr. Rain decided to board the plane all by himself this Friday. According to J.Tune, Rain’s new entertainment company, the shrimp eyed star feels confident enough to meet and negotiate with Hollywood producers and directors without the help of his managers and translators.
The Korean media is congratulating Rain on his newly found English skills, but we know better. This “world star” can’t even order room service properly. I’m not sure what he’s trying to prove, but what’s the point of meeting up with producers all by himself? There’s certainly nothing wrong with meeting Hollywood producers with his managers. In fact, it’s actually idiotic to represent oneself in the entertainment industry. Is Rain going to LA alone to follow in JYP’s footsteps? Or is Rain really that fluent in English and wants to show off?
