How low can you go? Apparently, down to the belly button is all good for these female celebrities at the 12th Pusan Film Festival red carpet last night! And if downstream necklines are not good enough, then upstream slits are another option. Hell, why not just take off all your clothes since there is little left to the imagination with some of these outfits (*cough* Kim Soyeon).

Choi Jung Won is almost camouflaged in this red mermaid gown with the red carpet. You might not be able to see her if it weren’t for the black clutch.
Eugene. Didn’t realize that Ms. Eugene was so well-endowed. This long silver dress doesn’t do them justice. I say, take it all off! Or at the very least, wear something more plunging to show off some cleavage.
Choi Kang Hee wears a short strapless black dress. Yawn.
Hur E-jae (from Goong S) is fierce in this punk chic casual outfit. The girl’s attitude and the wind blown hair adds to the allure of this unconventional look. Cute.
Hyun Young shows off her long stems with a thigh-high slit and also her ample cleavage in this very fitted gray dress. The body says it all!
Kang Songyeon. Ah yes, What to say about this outfit….? It is sexy? No not really. Maybe it’s the bangs that kills the effect, but despite the navel low neckline, it’s doesn’t wow.
Kong Hyojin. Miss Kong is always on the cutting edge of fashion (and that’s putting it nicely). Not sure what is up with this blue frizziness that is suppose to be a heart at the front of this dress? The fabric looks like it’s yarn – and that combined with plastic black is just damn nasty. And her parted in the middle unkempt hair makes her look like a granny and her bright pink lipstick clashes with everything. Dang woman, you need to get a stylist asap.
Kang Eunbi is basic in black halter sweetheart neckline strapless dress. The sweetheart neckline is flattering.
Park Jin Hee. This woman knows how to rock a dress! This sexy zippered number is smokin hot hot hot! Love the aqua blue leopard print lining that peeks out from the crotch high slit. This tightly tailored little number is hella sexy – it’s the zipper that does it! All it takes to get out of the dress is a one swift flick of the wrist….
Hmm, I wish that she wore sexier and higher stilettos. Shoes are not up to par with the dress.
Kim Minsun plays it safe in a beaded black satin gown.
Kim Soyeon leaves little to the imagination in this extremely flimsy but dangerous dress. Luckily, Ms Kim has definitely got the body to pull it off – the front is not too bad and even her butt doesn’t look half-bad. However, the top of the dress is held on very precariously by the straps on the back (?) and well, one strong and strategic gust of wind is all that is needed to blow this dress off. Even bending too far to the side could cause unnecessary exposure- like a breast slipping out….
Kang Su-yeon doesn’t realize that length of a dress is crucial if you don’t want to look like you have stumpy moos. And that’s what she has in this outfit.
Lee Soyeon sparkles in this short sweet beaded number.
Su-ae wears a bronze gown. Brown is difficult to wear and a brown gown is even more so. This shade is not flattering.
Lim Sung yeon’s goodies are all in the back – the slit and the low-cut back. The dress seems difficult to walk in….
Um Jung-hwa is elegant in this brown dress with plunging neckline and a feather in her hair. Hmm. maybe the feather is pushing it, but the brown dress and sapphire blue clutch go nicely together. Lee Dong-gun looks like he wants to be somewhere else.
Yun Eun Hye.OOOOOOOOh why???????? She literally looks like she is wearing a paper bag!! Why not wear one over her head too? At the very least, the bag over the head would match the dress.
Uhm Ji-Won is old Hollywood glam with the pin curls and ruby red lipstick. Her dress is similar to Ms Uhm’s, but has a different feel…
Koh A-ra and Lee Yeon Hee = devilishly sexy in black and innocent angel in white? Hmmmm.
Now the men……
Kim Taewoo needs to put his collar down. Hate it when Korean men turn up their collars thinking that is cool. It’s not cool. And no one except themselves think that.
Jung Il-woo is a mop head in a suit.
Jang Hyuk (Thank you star) looks fab except for the cheap looking brown heels. Why?
Daniel Henney is going with the flow in a 3-piece gray suit but it is 2 sizes too small – his pants too tight, sleeve and jacket length are too short…. oh, what a waste of eye candy. Imagine if he was wearing a suit that actually fit, he would be smokin…
Lee Jung Jin is hot, and he can almost get away with wearing this white n’ black trimmed suit if it fit better. At closer inspection, the jacket is sadly too baggy and the pants look a bit too tight to be white.
Ji Jinhee with loosened up tie and collar up is a no-no. Either have the tie on, or don’t have one at all.
Daniel Dae Kim. Every time I hear Daniel Dae Kim’s name, I think “Daniel Day Lewis”. Don’t ask why. The Lost cast member looked aged in this picture…

Andre Kim is a gay fashion designer who is an alien and always wear his old fashioned signature SPACE SUIT everywhere–he wears girly makeup. I couldn’t believe he was Korea’s top fashion designer when I looked at what he wears all the time.

1) The ladies don’t have much in the way of cleavage but they are doing what they can, and good for them. The dresses are nice for the most part.
