The Elves can’t afford Super Junior’s love

0924 ivy2

The opportunity to spend some time with Super Junior, Ivy and other popular figures such as golfer Choi Kyung Ju, prolific travel writer, Han Biwa and opera singer Shin Young Ok were on sale on Korea’s top auction site. Surprisingly, the receiver of the highest bid was the sexy singer Ivy at US$7,000 and the two winners won the opportunity to be Ivy’s road manager and personal assistant for two days. Paying to do grunt work sounds absurd, especially US$7,000!

And the receiver of the lowest bid was Super Junior at US$440. What? The Elves weren’t willing to bid more for the chance to spend some quality time with their idol while volunteering? Shocking isn’t it? Or perhaps they just don’t have the money. But either way, the results are loud and clear. Ivy is literally worth more than Super Junior.

    Like DUH!!
Of course Ivy is worth more then SUJU
Most of SUJU fans AKA Elves are lil young girls…their money/allowence comes from their parents

  2. 2 omg October 11, 2007 at 5:28 am

i would have pobaly bid for SUJU if i was in KOrea… and i read a few comments from people that were going to bet and they said they were sorry but their parents wouldnt let them and stuff… but still its SUJU!!!

  3. 3 ayumi October 11, 2007 at 5:41 am

omg!!! i love suju alot but i wouldn’t spend a cent to do that..not being selfish but i think there are better ways to spend my money…i would totally love a day with them but still i shouldn’t have to spend money on them… i feel bad for them but no way if they really wanted fans to spend time with them they would do it for the fun…not money, but yeah i understand it was an auction ….just what i would do…i still totally love them..and anyway i will never get a chance to see them ever…so yeah…plus i dont wanna get killed by their fans….wow ivy got alot though but yeah her fans are older..but suju’s are a bunch of teen girls like myself..hahah….

This IS for charity right? – otherwise why spent that much money on being a personal assistance?
Should have been opposite… people paying people for being a assistance.. so unless its for charity..I donb’t see the point in bidding?

  7. 7 Seola October 14, 2007 at 1:42 pm

  8. 8 Seola October 14, 2007 at 1:43 pm

hahahahahahahahahahaha poor suju… come to mommy.. hahahahaha i would have bidded much higher if i was in korea. oh well, that’s life.

  11. 12 asdfgjkl December 28, 2007 at 6:13 am

HOLYCOW! I SO would’ve bidded on them if I could. That’s ridiculous! Probably because people are scared of their attacks from fangirls?

  12. 13 DAPHNE January 5, 2008 at 7:17 pm

if i had money i would have bought suju ^^

  13. 14 angie January 24, 2008 at 3:25 pm

The figures must be wrong. Korea is a rich country and people are just as crazy there as in the US. People pay tens of thousands to see a LAKERS game- well, they did when they were good. So $7,000 for IVY is wrong. Maybe it was 70,000 for Ivy?

  14. 15 ivy? really? February 1, 2008 at 12:22 pm

lmao probably some old rich man wanted a sexy diva to liven up

    surprised by the elves…
    suju is the best!

  15. 16 heenimlove February 12, 2008 at 11:36 am

  16. 17 krispiesandkream March 22, 2008 at 4:44 am

Oh my geezz I would’ve done anything to meet Super Junior!! They are THE absolute best:]

  17. 18 anonymous November 7, 2008 at 3:17 pm

I would bid for Super Junior.
Obviously IVY would win since the person who won is most probably some rich fanboy or old perverted geezer who has loads of money to waste just for LUST.
E.L.F. are loyal fans to Suju, they may choose not to bid although it might be a dream come true, whatsoever, but they may be thinking for their fellow E.L.F they want to spend time with Suju as a whole E.L.F. and not as some perverted fangirl who wants to tear a piece of their clothings out cause they are true fans.
and for your information: it is E.L.F. not ELVES.
Please get your facts right before using the word itself. You are just humiliating yourself.

Hi, my name is Nicole. I care about the Super Junior a lot and since its a new year I want to celebrate every Super Juniors’ birthday with a party. I live in Kailua, Oahu. The party will be on Valentine’s Day on a Saturday. The Birthday Party for Sungmin, Kangin, Kyuhyun, Hankyung and Siwon will be held at Kailua McDonalds at 11:00am to 1:00pm. If you can come, come we will be happy to see another E.L.F who loves, care and support the Super Junior, if you can’t then watch it on youtube on the 15th or later on next week. I want to support the Super Junior in any way I can. It can be big or small it’s for all the E.L.F to come and celebrate with us. Look for red and white balloons. We are going to record it. On the recording my friend will video tape on anyone who wants to say Happy Birthday and how we care and will support them. (Say a few words to say.) It may seem alittle weird but it is the only way I can support them now and for many of the E.L.F whose living here. Food will be McDs food, buy your own, thanks for reading this and sorry for the late notice. My friend and I will be wearing special white shirts just made for their birthday. I will hope I will see you there. I won’t back down on this. Contact me for any questions.
