I agree with peepoo. An engagement ring is normally a band or more with diamond/precious stone(s). A wedding ring is usually a plain and simple band. Whatmore she is a celebrity, she should be getting a very solid and big rock from her other half. So nope, I don’t think she’s engaged. Probably it’s one of her many accessories.

She should really fire her stylist. SHK looked really drabby in this outfit. She’s at a film festival and the stylist puts her in a boring combination of plain white t-shirt and black pants.
