saw this girl in person a couple of years back coming in on a korean air flight. she was dressed conservatively in pants, a v-neck t-shirt and a baseball cap. nothing like what she wears during her concerts.
As much as I love Chae Yeon..that outfit is a definite no-no.

it’s a total flop. i understand what she is wearing is a “theme” for her performance, however her concept for her performance is not a complete “look”. I think it has too much frills, laces and accessories. she needs to deconstruct her look. less is more. Other then that, she’s a hottie. i gotta give her props for that.
