I’ve watched Happy Shares Company, YooNa vs, SeungRi, and as persons, they’re pretty cute and seem like great people… but not great enough to win a place in my heart. i hate how people aren’t giving them a chance just because they’re a girl group. people keep saying how they all look alike, but don’t most think a lot of band members look alike before you get to know them? i had a hard time matching a face to the name of each suju member, dbsk member, wonder girl member, etc. true, there are so many girl groups and adding onto the list is a bit unnecessary, but they’re much more talented than some of the other females out there. if you check out some youtube clips of them, you’ll see that a lot of them are extremely talented in both the singing and dancing categories. before some of you go on to argue that they don’t write their own songs/choreograph their own routines uh… chances are, neither do suju, dbsk, wondergirls, etc. oh, and girls generation is actually a lot better at showing their stuff. have you ever noticed how sharp and in-sync their moves are? too many fans are just a bunch of shallow kids who support their boybands after one good song because they’re “hot”. girls generation is still new so hopefully people will grow up and get rid of their immature reasons to hate on these talented girls.
on a lighter note, the girls look gorgeous in those pictures. i can’t wait until their album comes out!
Nothing against girl groups, but SNSD really don’t do it for me. They hardly ever sing live, and the fact that they’re in SM isn’t sitting too well with me :/ [sorry, not a big fan of the way SM does business.] I mean, the only SM group I like [or liked, perchance~] is DBSK, and even then, where are they now? -They do perform their song live. It’s pretty difficult to sing with the powerful dance routine they do with their song. Most groups don’t even try to perform live when they are doing such a complex dance (look at SeeYa when they did the Crazy Love Song Remix). Yet they still do an excellent job when singing live.
SeeYa is still my favorite, but I really like SNSD as well. All of you hating on them probably either just hate all girl groups in general, never actually heard them perform, or are females jealous that these girls look better than you.

@ JYYJC, there are pictures of the girls [before&after] and from the pictures their features really does changes “like dramatically.” i was a disappointed when i found out 7/9 of them had a nose job [double eyelids are ok w/ me though]

Could the reason they look the same have something to do with the fact they are wearing the exact same outfit and many are posing the exact same and have the same hair and eye colour?
I am a twin, identical, so for me, small differences make a world of difference. I do think white people look the same,I mistook a kid for a friend once and I knew that was when I knew all the boys with that colour hair and height look the same. Then again, we all kind of look the same, most of us have two eyes two arms two legs.
It seems to me they purposefully put them in these outfits and poses to look similiar to form unity.
