With his recent thrust into the American spotlight with a Time Magazine cover, the sexy Jang Dong-gun has sealed yet another deal to pave the way to stardom in the U.S. He is set to star alongside the gorgeous Kate Bosworth in the upcoming movie “Laundry Warrior,” a story about an Asian warrior’s adventures in the west as a fugitive where he meets a beautiful woman. Sure, the plot may not seem Oscar-worthy, but the movie is being produced by “Lord of the Rings” and “Matrix” producer Barrie Osborne. This is thus far the biggest transition a Korean movie star has made into the American film industry.

The story really revolves between the characters to be portrayed by JDG and Geofrrey Rush. Kate’s role is just to spice up the story. If Zhang-Ziyi was not replaced, she is suppose to be the the assassin of JDG but will fall in love with him. Kate’s role is suppose to be just a minor one but since zhang ziyi backed out, they decided to make the role of Kate bigger that what it should be.
Good news for him.
But I don’t really care for Kate Bosworth.
I used to respect her until she decided to let herself be skeleton skinny and anorexic-looking.
