Six out of the nine Girls Generation members are high school seniors who should be cracking the books to prepare for their college entrance exams this Thursday, but these girls could care less about school. Similar to BoA, the nine Barbie dolls are putting their entertainment career before their school work and will not take the exam. Did Girls Generation make the right choice?

um…i disagree with that. Looks….hunny, we are in the 21st century where plastic surgery and botox rule the entertainment industry. And a majority of these girls have already gotten surgery on some part of their body. Popularity is an issue, but whose to say that u cant be popular when ur a bit older???
College will not always be there. These girls spend hours and hours performing and perfecting their songs or watever…do u honestly think that if they quit school now, they are still going to be capable of passing an entrance exam to a college? I dont think so. On top of that, do u really want to be going to college when ur like 30?
And to the person that said that they are already making money so school isnt important. How the heck are u going to survive in the future? Sure they are making money now, but think just a little bit ahead. Popularity lasts only so long. After that, what the heck are they going to do to make money. I HIGHLY doubt that the money they make now is going to support them for the rest of their lives. If you honestly believe that….you are def. going to have ALOT of problems in the future. I hope you’re not applying to colleges anytime soon, cuz you are def not going to get in with that type of idea in mind.
Also…somebody mentioned starting a business these pop stars….. HAH. dont make me laugh. How the heck are they going to start a business without firsthand knowing finance and other types of information that requires EDUCATION?? Hm…..let’s think about that.
It’s up to SNSD to decide whether or not they want to continue their education though I do believe college education is important. Let them chase after their dreams first!

many attend colleges to accomplished their dreams or goals. The SNSD girls had already accomplished their dreams. So why bother going to college when you had already reached your goal?
Even though Education are important, but it does not mean they’re dumb for not attending colleges. There are a lot of famous people out there who either drop out of high school or never attended college and make 100 times more then the ones who attended college. College is just a shadow or an outline to help you be prepare for the business world. But you do not need the shadow to help you shine. The SNSD Girls Knows the business world so they don’t need to go to college to get helps. If they need helps, their company would help them.
I’m not a big fan of SNSD to begin with but i think they should go to college. High school graduates these days find it really hard to find jobs. They should have a backup in case they flop.

i think its their decision on how to live their lives. I mean, if they want to leave their education aside then its their problem, not ours… as fans we should support them.. i think education is very important, and i’m sure the girls also think the same way, who knows maybe they’ll actually continue with their studies after their singing career.. its hard to handle working as radio dj’s, singers and being a student at the same time.. oh well, lets just see how everything will be in the future… i hope seohyeon makes the best decision and not leave her education, cuz i know she is a smart girl!
