Looking worse for wear, the waterworks singer is the scandalous Ivy! Although she has been keeping a low profile in the motherland, two-timing, yang dari singer made her way to Vancouver, Canada for 2007 K-POP 3 Colors Concert with DJ DOC, Tei and Hong Kyeong-min on November 25th, 2007.
Poor Ivy. She looks so puffy like she’s hasn’t stopped crying since news of the scandal. Oh well. Perhaps we should be sympathetic? Nah. As the saying goes, what goes around comes around.

that was so easy. she’s wearing her signature suit from “temptation of sonata”. usually her suits are better, but this one is a bit ugly. nevertheless, i respect her for hitting #1 on the charts with that song w/o showing any skin, unlike other k-pop singers.
whatever. you can hate on her all you want, but it still doesn’t change the fact that ivy can ACTUALLY sing and dance. (unlike someone who just made her way to the top by showing skin…you all know who i mean). and she doesn’t have a nasally voice either. (unlike another singer).

she told the audience that she was sick. and my friend said she did sound sick but her live was unbelievably FLAWLESS

@ jeannie: i wasn’t even thinking about lee da hae. i had two other korean singers in mind. and i never said that ivy did not debut as a sexy singer. i know she did. read what i said: “i respect her for hitting #1 on the charts with that song w/o showing any skin”. i was talking about her image for “sonata of temptation”. not for other songs.
Eh, you guys can argue about if people should or should not judge the celebrities for what goes on in their personal lives, but the reality is they signed up for this career. No one forced them to become a public figure. Now they’re in the spotlight. Being famous has it’s good and bad, like everything else. One, you are loved by everyone when you do something they like. Or, you are hated by everyone when you do something they don’t like. It’s just as simple as that.
I guess it’s the same as saying girls should throw a hissy fit and terrorize celebrities’ significant others. I mean, when their idol (let’s suppose a male idol) finds a girlfriend (let’s assume he’s straight), shouldn’t people be happy for him? Instead, at least most of the times, they cry and flame the idol and/or his girlfriend. Really. What are the chances that a fan would be able to be with that idol anyways? Close to none.
It’s all the same. People should know and behave better, but they don’t. But I’m pretty sure celebrities know that, or should know that, when they sign up for their jobs.

Totally agree with oo. Evrybody cheats, at some time or other..but for her e situation was magnified coz she’s a public figure. I see no need to either sympathise with her or condemn her, since it’s none of our business and we prob don’t know e whole story anyway.
