Jewelry revealed the name of two new members after Jo Mina and Lee Ji Hyun left the group. Ha Joo Yeon (21), the daughter of actor Ha Jae Yong, was the rapper for Suh In Young’s “I want you” and will continue to be the rapper of the group. I’m not too sure about her rapping skills, but I wonder if her sharp V-line is natural. Kim Eun Jung (21) will be the main vocal along with Park Jung-ah.
The re-packaged Jewelry will make a comeback January of next year and they are striving to exceed Wondergirls with new young blood. I doubt that Jewelry will become the next it group of 2008, but there’s no harm in trying.

Sadly, with all these new successful girl groups, I don’t think Jewelery has a chance against them. Especially since JYP and SM can promote like crazy (esp. SM)

Are you kidding me? Yeah, Jewelry’s popularity has been ok but I highly doubt that they are going to top Wondergirls… I mean, what Wondergirls did this year can only happen with a producer like JYP and their success for a girl group was unprecedented. Not even the 90s groups did this well… Park Jung Ah has had an ok solo career, everyone hates Suh In Young and thinks she’s a slut, the rapper, sorry to say, is not very attractive, and the fourth girl… I don’t know. I mean, she’s definitely got the face but we’ll have to see about her vocals. I don’t know.. never been that big of a Jewelry fan anyway and I doubt these 2 new members are strong enough to strengthen the group… Good luck to them while Wondergirls, SNSD, KARA, etc. etc. etc. are here…

i love Park Jung Ah i think she was better off being a solo artist. but we’ll see how far the new Jewelry can go. oh and the korean girl that rapped with suh in young in “i want you” isn’t the real rapper. the real one that does the singing is OC from a group called Candy Hill.

I admit that even though I started listening to them after the two members left (haven’t discovered the group back then), I liked their music
I am not sure how the two new members will contribute to the group, but I am definitely looking forward to it. If they don’t make it big, it’s alright because what counts is their music and not their age or their looks. I am not a fan of Wondergirls, so I might be biased. However, everyone has their own opinions about music and who can sing or not, so it’s all good

ILVFT: Actually, SES was more popular than Wonder Girls was. Plus, their album sales were ten times better. I think their high was 800,000 albums. Of course times are different, but I still WG has a long way to go for them to reach the success of their sunbaes like Finkl, ect.
