Korean netizens and the Clouds are all up in arms about Rain’s copycat, Xiao Ming. This Chinese Rain basically took Rain’s 4th album and photoshopped his face into it. But isn’t imitation the best form of flattery? Besides, it’s not like Rain was so original with his concept. But as this Rain-Xiao Ming controversy snowballs, Xiao Ming will have the last laugh with his new found popularity.
But the question remains, why did Xiao copy Rain who can’t even keep his head above waters without his Brain, JYP?

Putting aside the copyright issue for the moment, it’s really sad that HXM and his back up dancers can’t even sing and dance well. They look clumsy, slow, and lack crispness found in K-pop performances – simply and clearly a typical sloppy imitation of an original. It’s a far cry from Hyori’s or Rain’s stylish and exciting act.
For me, it’s ok to imitate or copy Rain.Actually, I’m glad.

His(Ming) company knows well about marketing. The main thing is to get him popular and now he is, somehow.
It just show Rain in ideal status and how popular he is in China.

Why y’all want to post news about Rain in the first place when y’all want to discriminate him. (Well, that’s what i see it.) Because one minute y’all say good stuff about him & on the other hand, say remarks which are very sarcastic and trying to bring across the point that he’s dumb & stupid. First, remarks about his good performance, dresses handsomely in Award shows then remarks about how dumb he is and how little he could succeed w/o JYP. Woah. Huang Xiao ming might not be a singer [I heard better], he wins hands down on acting. The role in Emperor Han Wu di drama was awesome hot, and he was the only reason why I watch that crappy remake of return of the condor heroes. Did I mention that he has awesome bone structure and chiseled features. Enough of my fangirling.
Anyway, HXM has an okay voice, but he should just stick to his day job. Even though I adore him, I really cannot stand his songs [remake or not]. Well I can’t even stand Rain’s husky voice as well.
And about HXM speaking understandable english, I’ve heard him sing english, I can understand it without the subtitles [so that means it's okay] and I think it will get better overtime as he’s learning the language to try and break into hollywood. HXM, honey… stick to what you do best, that is to act and look hot on screen. lol.

Wow…I never knew some people were so thoughtless & dumb. Most of these people here at Popseoul don’t even know who Xiaoming is so I suggest they just stop criticizing him. Yea, copying is low but do you really have to bring racial issues into this? Plus, some Korean artists copy off American & European artists but NO, you don’t really here anybody complaining because of these over obsessive fans that tries their upmost best to deny things.
