(So yeah, the dubber for YEH’s voice might sound even more irritating.) I think YEH looks pretty fine and her voice sounds okay ^^

One of my eye was single eyelid when I was a kid but it became double eyelid when I was in my teens.

or about the time you stop your growing, which for girls is averagly 14-16.
from that time on, girls normally stop growing and changing.
and when yoon eun hye was pictured with single eyelids, she was about 15 or 16.
then now, at age 22/23. her eyelids are double.
that is highly not possible, accoridng to medical theories.
and some other close-up pictures show her double-eyelids more clearly. and many of them can be easily determined that her eyelids have been done.

peggy: I’m against the oh so common eyelid surgery, but you’re wrong in stating that “eyelids don’t change over time.” My sister (we’re Korean, but adoptees, so we never grew up with the pressure for a certain type of Asian beauty) always had single lids and in the last year or so, they’ve gradually become double-lidded. She didn’t get surgery and they just…aged like that (she’s almost 25, by the way).
Not saying that YEH did or didn’t, just want to clear up the misconception that getting double eyelids naturally is 100% untrue. Most of the time when girls say it, they’re lying. But in a few instances (like my sister’s), they’re telling the truth.
YEH, she’s a great actress… and people, its up to her whether or not to get or not to get braces… her teeth doesn’t change the fact that she has accomplished so much from these past few years…

Even you have said “normally stop growing”- we all know things vary between different people. 16 is average for girls to stop growing taller but facial development, even from just day-to-day experience, can continue to occur.

Hi I like doing this.
after reading all this absolute claims of she-did-she-didn’t-have-surgery, I think we can all agree that, unless one of us has performed numerous cosmetic procedures and holds an MD, we’re fighting a moot battle.
we’re also forgetting that make up, especially when done by professionals, can do wonders to a face. just look at kevyn aucoin’s works. then there’s also the magic of airbrushing.
i’m not positively declaring that YEH did not have surgery, but i’m simply acknowledging other possibilities.
*and i do agree that people undergo physical change as they get older AND if they lose a significant amount of weight.

I’d have to agree with carribeane. I’m a YEH fan, although i try to make sure not to escalate it to a fanatic sense, and maybe that’s why i felt the urge to defend popseoul’s inane barrages against her. but we can all be calmer in our defense of her.

I think she is adorable..whether she had plastic surgery or not..I couldn’t care less. And I don’t think there’s anything wrong with her smile or her bunny teeth. She obviously doesn’t mind that and obviously the Korean entertainment honchos don’t mind that either. She’s still so popular regardless of how her teeth look or how she sounds.

don’t get her appeal. she sucked as a singer and she sucks as an actress too. people only fawn over her because the talent in the korean drama pool is so damn low.
Well, she’s overrated because of her fans, I think. I liked her as an actress, but she’ll always remain in the “little girl” trying to become an actress category for me. I’ll never see her in the same class as Lee-Young-Ae, for example. Her looks are fine, but she still looks like a 17 year old girl even with those artsy fartsy photoshoots. She has potential, but I hope she doesn’t end up being a one-dimensional actress who is only good enough for her crazed fans.
In the end, this whole discussion is about everyone trying to convince each other that their opinion is right.
I’ll say this much, and chances are you antis/haters are going to come out with your knives sharpened and ready to bash again, but is it really a crime to show your true personality? Yoon Eun Hye laughs without covering her mouth, as do probably 99.99% of the rest of the world. But you don’t see everyone else criticized do you?
Maybe she has/hasn’t had plastic surgery, maybe she has good/bad acting skills, but just for the sake of being humane, don’t you think everyone should moderate their opinions?

personally, i’m not a huge fan of her either, because she really is quite overrated as an actress.
but you know, she worked hard to make her way to the top, like many others.
nonetheless, seeing many of YEH’s ‘BEFORE’ and ‘AFTER’ pictures. i’m quite convinced that she got eyelid surgery. there are also some close-up pictures of her where you can clearly see many details of her eyelid.
and for me, it’s easy to tell if facial features/traits are done through plastic surgery or are just normal.
ironically for YEH, it does look like she got eyelid surgery though.
but don’t you fans start dissing me just because i said that i think YEH got double eyelid surgery.

i’m pretty convinced there’s no 100% natural in the korean industry. because even stars considered “natural” like song hye gyo aren’t COMPLETELY NATURAL.

i’m not sure about using that also on her nose though.
