The random “Because of a man” posters spotted around Seoul was for JYP’s new ballad singer named Joo. This eighteen year old was one of the final candidates of Super Star Survivor, Korean version of American Idol and JYP took her under his wings 18 months ago because he saw a lot of potential.
As long as JYP is producing her music and not her fashion, she should be good to go.
Joo will make her debut on KBS’s Music Bank this weekend.

honestly at first I was taken aback by her nose…i thought there’s something wrong with her nose…but no. that nose is quite normal and natural…i’ve just gotten too comfortable with the faux looks all the other korean girls had. she’s cute.

errr after watching her MV on youtube…i find her voice a bit too high to be singing ballads… becuz when i listen to ballads i tend to favor the soothing moderate pitched voices. her voice would be better suited for pop

Her voice isn’t spectacular, you can hear it sounds strained in parts of the MV…but it’s very pleasant.
Her look is very natural in this picture…at least more so than the ones I usually see. Every person saying she is ugly needs to take a good, hard look at whomever they think is pretty before they’ve magicked their face up with 2 tons of make-up.
