There is WAY too much happening up there..the graphics on the shirt is fresh but could have been shorter. she DOES look like a stump. umm…does she normally dress like this? She looks like she’s new to this style…i’d say lose the bangs or mess it up a bit…looks way to clean and doesn’t complement the outfit. and shrink the shirt so that she could add an accessory like an oversized handbag. nice try hon.
