News has leaked that Lobbyist star Song Il-kook (37) is set to marry Miss “A,” a lawyer-in-training 5 years his junior in March 2008. The date is tentatively set for March 15th at the Sheraton Walker Hill Hotel. However, his manager denies that the wedding will take place and the date has not been reserved at the Sheraton.
The couple have been dating for 1.5 years.

Roxy, you ROCK! I think he’s a very good actor, too (going from Jumong to Lobbyist … two entirely different roles!). I’ve also heard that he’s a quiet, drama-free person, a triathlete (swimming-biking-running!) and a very good son to his mother. when it comes to acting, i think the drama “emperor of the sea” gave him the portal to popularity. you know what, the role of “jumong” was supposed to be on ahn jae wook, but eventually declined in favor of “mr. goodbye”, only to end up gettin’ flop in tv ratings.
yes… song il-gook is such a child prodigy. though there are lots of actors who are greater than him, but he has lots of substance than the likes of any other popular (or overrated) actors in korean showbiz. even bae yong joon.
he is not just an actor, but an athlete and a visual artist as well.

I guess you are one of the Song Il-Gook’s bashers that is why you are reacting like that, only to conceal this “watch your grammar please, it’s annoying” thing.

Hello Roxy, nice to meet you here. I have been looking for the updates of the news about SIG case of violent assault on a woman reporter. What’s the truth about this news? Regarding his coming marriage, you are right. SIG must reveal the real identity of her bride to be. Her real name, age and photos. At first, I was sad after hearing all these news especially his case with Ms. Kim, the lady reporter who sued him. I guess he has mixed emotions now. Happy for the coming marriage and bothered with current legal case. He said he would not settle for any compromise not even to the extent of losing his career. He felt abused and denied all the accusations against him. If ever that reporter was hurt, maybe it was an accident and SIG would never intend to hurt a woman. Let’s help him get over with this through our prayers.
I am sorry that he was accused for ‘assaulting’ the reporter but I believe it is not true. We must stand strong behind SIG as I think it is all a misunderstanding
