At the time the picture was taken of KTH, she was posing slightly better than KMH and that makes her (and maybe the dress) a little bit better. Just my opinion. Maybe that wasn’t a fair judge though.
Of course I forgot the word “look” that should be put after “her”…
Kim Tae-Hee because her breast fill in the dress whereas Kim Min-Hee isn’t so well-endowed there it’s as flat as air lane at the airport. Also, her accessories are a little too much.
