I could see why her management company would choose to make a move like this in Japan, just look Leah Dizon, the talentless import car model/booth babe turn Japanese singer. Dizon sucks btw, she has had success due to her looks and being part Japanese. But unfortunately, I also agree that Chae Jung Ahn wont be successful over there. Japanese entertainment is all about fulfilling niches and Boa already filled that "singer from Korea" niche and it would be extremely hard for anyone else to do the same.
