Didn’t she kiss him in the Korean movie, “‘The Legend of the Seven Cutter”? I remember the movie, but I am not too sure if it was him who she fell in love with.

Judging someone by appearances and making speculation of it are two different things. Who knows he could be a macho badass. But until you know his personality its easy to speculate on someones looks. Doesnt mean THEY are ugly, just look bad.
By the way I think this girl isnt that pretty, but I think the guy is even less pretty.
