As you can see, Lee Dae-hak (now Lee Shi-yeon) has crossed over to the other side. He is now a she thanks to plastic surgery. And with all the surgery that this man-woman has gotten, she has become an example of Korea’s finest plastic surgery techniques. Note (below) the new smaller, pointer nose, the tattooed beauty mole on the side of her nose (to draw attention to it- also note that it’s green), botoxed cheeks to make her looks softer and rounder but she looks more like a chipmunk, double eye folds, and the roll of fat under the eyes…
With multiple procedures, the She-male actually looks soft and feminine at certain angles (don’t look at the big feet). Compared to the more famous she-male Harisu, she looks more womanly (check out her hips), but Harisu is more “sexy?”.
And like her namesake Park Shi-yeon, Lee Shiyeon shares her love of plastics. But I wonder what will happen when Ms. Lee’s face deflates?

Now this is how she looks at the recent press conference for the movie Sex Zone II. I wonder how this will play out? Will Lee Shi-yeon find happiness as a woman and get settled down like her counterpart, Harisu? Or will she struggle in her life as a woman? Who knows. But we will be watching.

Lee Shi-yeon looks super pretty, but since I saw her when she was still a man(Lee Dae-hak) I thought he was super cute and kinda hot but if the way he is now makes him happy then go for it. Its his life.

well, putting aside the fact that she was a he before and that he did every single thing on his face…why would you tattoo a mole in your nose?! I mean really if he really felt he was a woman and finally became one (in the most eee technical sense) thanks to surgery, I think that was enough…I think tattoing a mole in your face is like the stupidest thing ever, I can’t really get it, and she would have ended up looking more womanly if he hadn’t gone under so much surgery on his face cause it really looks so weird T_T good luck tho.

In LSY and Harisu’s case, I don’t think this a question of sexuality (though it’s an inherent implication) but more of the fact they WANT to BE GIRLS. They don’t want to just be able to date other guys – they specifically want to BE a girl.
Being gay/lesbian is simply liking the same gender while not wishing to change your own gender; otherwise, maintaining every semblence of your current lifestyle except the gender of your lover. Whereas transsexuals, while they may be completely heterosexual, want to be another gender and live the lifestyle, regardless of their biological orientation.
This is why not all gays/lesbians are transexual and not all transsexuals are gay/lesbian. In any case, your statement is moot.
One common misunderstanding about Harisu. She is not a real transgender. She was born with male and female biological characteristics. Her parents, when she was a baby, had to choose which sex their child would grow up to be. They chose her to be their son. When she grew up, she realized that they made the wrong choice and felt that her woman’s instincts were stronger than that of a man. Apparantly this is a very common biological phenomena all over the world.
