Lee Shi-yeon, formally Lee Dae-hak, underwent a sex change operation last year in Korea. The gender bender was under the spotlight at the press conference for the tastefully titled new movie, Sex Zone II.
Considering that ’she’ was born a man, the work she has done to her face and body do not seem too extreme. Heck, even many natural-born women go through the whole works to look beautiful. If this Shi-yeon person takes off some weight, she’d look more feminine.

that is the worst plastic surgery to come out of korea in a long time. he must have been REALLY ugly as a man, because plastic surgery in korea tends to be excellent nowadays, and EVERYTHING about her screams fake, from the eyelids, the nose to the mouth. even heavily make-uped, he looks like a man. sad. well, at least the legs are nice.

what a waste of money, time and suffering. I think the look on on the before picture was much better. Looks like his/her face is going to crack anytime and the nose needs superglue to stay on the face. Can he/she breath properly through that nose? Looks so thin.
