Da Vici debuts in Japan first
New singing duo Davici will debut at SG Wannabe’s concert in Tokyo on January 27th, 2008. They will perform their new single that roughly translates to “Hate you even though I love you.” The duet will make their debut on Mnet.
Song Il-gook attacks reporter
Looks like Song Il-gook will head to the courts. The star of the drama Lobbyist is being charged for assault by a female reporter (Ms. Kim) who wanted to an interview regarding his upcoming nuptials. On January 17th, 2008, the reporter waited in front of the Song Il-gook’s house and when the actor appeared, she grabbed his arm and wouldn’t let go until she secured an interview. The actor, struggling to escape from her vice grip, accidentally hit her in the face with his arm.
Who to believe? The aggressve reporter or the popular actor.
Joo is not a good role model
The new singer, JOO under JYP Entertainment was quoted as saying that she has never smoked or drank alcohol in her life.
Yah right. Evidence (look above) has surfaced that the singer has smoked, drank and even played pool while in middle school.
JYP’s people released a statement that the drinking and smoking was a result of being curious at that age.
Yah right. Then why take a picture of it?
Jang Nara releases new album in February
Singer Jang Nara will release her upcoming album Asia wide ? in Japan, Korea and China. The new record will consist of 23 songs which are sung in English, Korean and Chinese.
It should be interesting to see how well a multilingual Korean artist does in the music market.

Being that the reporter was at his house hounding him for an interview so she tried many means to get the interview, but couldn’t and at a desperate moment escalated an incident that was her fault…most likely. From our perspective, he doesn’t seem like the violent type and also the fact that stuff like this happens all the time with paparazzi, just for the story+MONEY.
