The five hip hop shorties aka Big Bang is flying to Japan today to start promoting their Japanese single, instead of celebrating sul-nal, the Lunar New Years with their families.
Big Bang will kick off their promotional activities in Nagoya for two days and will head to Tokyo on the 8th for their showcase at Shibuya HWM and Shinjuku Tower Records.
Although we don’t approve of Big Bang’s name changes and the fact that their Japanese single is recorded in English, we wish them luck.

nevertheless i like their first jib a lot so i like the english versions although the lyrics are pretty generic and plain. Let’s face it, they are trying for Japan but they won’t make it there unless they sing in japanese and stay there for a few months at least. Western singers can sing in english but they are considered ‘cool’, that doesn’t apply to other artists from east asia.
