After finishing up the low rated drama Goong S in 2006, Se7en (24) made his way to the U.S. to work on his new album.
The sexy singer has big time U.S. hitmakers producing his debut album. Mark Shimmel, Usher’s producer, is in charge of Se7en’s debut in the US. Rich Harrison, producer of Beyonce’s “Crazy in Love” is on board and even rapper Fabolous will be featured in Se7en’s new U.S. single.
With the higher powers on his side, the Year of the Rat is expected bring good fortune for the Rat singer. 2008 is supposed to be the year where the leaves and branches start going on the tree. This means that Seven’s investments (in this case, his album) will flourish and he can expect a windfall (record sales) and buy real estate (perhaps taking advantage of the subprime troubles in the U.S.).
Se7en’s U.S. debut album is expected to drop in Spring 2008.
Let’s hope that his fortune is true.

hahah FINALLY!!!!!!!!!! i have been waiting for a long time for this suckers album… haha i can’t believe it.. haha i have to buy it when it hit the store.. haha where sould i buy it at.. ahha Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy ahah iono but i can’t wait.. maybe i should buy it everytime i see it.. ahha that’s a way to make his sale go up.. haha i can’t wait and it’s almost spring too… yep yep.. i hope it comes out during spring breakk.. ahah but yep yep.. Haha, I’m not going to buy the US album (if its ever going to get release) just because he made an US album.. definitely going to wait on reviews for this one. Afterall the terrible Utada Hikaru english album, and she’s even an American with a supposedly New York accent, I’m really skeptical about popular Asian pop artists releasing US market material. I’m also secretly hoping he’ll do well, after all, I learned to like or at least open my mind to Korean music through a random song of his.
I don’t believe Seven even has a major U.S. label yet to distribute his album. He may be done with it but that means nothing. He’s supposedly in negotiations with an unknown big record label but that could drag out forever. In fact I think it’s been dragged out this long because there’s currently no takers yet. I wish him luck but i highly doubt we’ll see his major U.S. debut any time soon this year.
